Bookings

By submitting a booking on PUJ Airport Transfers, you request a private airport transfer at the quoted rate for your selected route, vehicle and passengers.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due to the driver on arrival. Accepted methods may include cash or card depending on availability.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible to modify or cancel a booking. Flight changes should be communicated so pickup timing can be adjusted.

Wait time

Standard airport pickup includes reasonable wait time after landing. Extended delays may require coordination by phone or WhatsApp.

Liability

We coordinate professional licensed drivers but are not responsible for events outside our control, including severe weather, airport closures or airline schedule changes.
